Campus Safety Report


Monday 3/4

-At 3:45 a.m. Campus Safety responded to a request for medical assistance in Bolt/Heyns/Timmer Residence Hall. A student was complaining of fatigue, chest pain, and racing pulse. At the victim's request, a friend transported him to Spectrum Health Blodgett for further treatment.

Thursday 3/7

-At 6:55 p.m. Campus Safety observed a fire at the construction site on the east side of the Beltline. The fire was put out with a fire extinguisher. The fire appeared to have been caused by a large paint can that was too close to a heating element.

Friday 3/8

-At 9:00 a.m. a student reported that sometime over night someone let the air out of the tires on her vehicle while it was parked in the Zeta/Lambda parking lot

-At 4:10 p.m. a staff member in the Science Building reported that a slide projector kept in one of the rooms of North Hall had been missing since February 7, 2002.
