Editorial: The peril of the seminary-bound student
On Wednesday, I attended a dinner for seniors who, like myself, plan to go to seminary after we graduate. There were about 20 of us there, which was a much bigger turnout than I expected. But I was still a bit saddened because in looking through Chimes of years past, I realize how low the concept of a theological vocation has fallen.

Letters
Chimes is something I try to read every week to stay in touch with the events that go on at Calvin. Occasionally, something jumps out at me as being particularly humorous, and its creation is typically intentional. Last Friday, however, something that was run in the Chimes was incredibly funny, yet totally inadvertent. Someone on some committee at Calvin decided to form the Sexual Harassment Awareness Training.
